After 4 minutes of play, Poppy FC's Qu Ling Lin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils-Erik Alin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nils-Erik Alin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Qu Ling Lin's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Poppy FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Qu Ling Lin in the 11th minute. Benjamin Metsberg hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qu Ling Lin in the 15th minute of play forced A2 IF's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Alin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Johannes Trulsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Poppy FC's Steevy Cheret sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils-Erik Alin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bedir Şirvan kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Poppy FC's zone, Johannes Trulsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sertel Adıvar came out of the goal and Johannes Trulsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Qu Ling Lin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nils-Erik Alin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Qu Ling Lin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poppy FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 31stth minute of the game Qu Ling Lin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A2 IF's Nils-Erik Alin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute A2 IF were awarded a corner. Christoffer Lundgren went to the cornerflag to take it. Bedir Şirvan charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bedir Şirvan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Poppy FC's Sertel Adıvar got control of the ball when Johannes Trulsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Johannes Trulsson in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sertel Adıvar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Qu Ling Lin to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, A2 IF's goal looked a bit too open when Bedir Şirvan came free, but Nils-Erik Alin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Patrik Flinck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Johannes Trulsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sertel Adıvar was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Poppy FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Poppy FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience was convinced that Toader Drogba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sertel Adıvar was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Sertel Adıvar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toader Drogba, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Sertel Adıvar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Qu Ling Lin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Nils-Erik Alin made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qu Ling Lin in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nils-Erik Alin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils-Emil Hansson in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sertel Adıvar saved Poppy FC from getting behind. In the 82ndth minute of the game Johannes Trulsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poppy FC's Sertel Adıvar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johannes Trulsson in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sertel Adıvar saved Poppy FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qu Ling Lin got free with Nils-Erik Alin in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A2 IF's Nils-Erik Alin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save A2 IF from getting a goal against them. In the 89thth minute of the game Qu Ling Lin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A2 IF's Nils-Erik Alin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nils-Erik Alin had great luck who in the 91stth minute grab hold of the ball when Qu Ling Lin from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 92 minutes into the game, Johannes Trulsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Sertel Adıvar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
