After 13 minutes of play, Villa Verde FC's Saul Goodman made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iker Txomin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Răzvan Jităreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Txomin having to interfere. CSD Pte Derqui's Roque Martxel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dida Viana, made in the 18th minute of the game. Iker Txomin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Goodman, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Zacarias Lidon put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Feng Chao Wei. 26 minutes into the match, CSD Pte Derqui's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Wydrych came free, but Iker Txomin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Lidon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CSD Pte Derqui's Iker Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Goodman in the 41st minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Villa Verde FC made a substitution. Alexsandro Garcia replaced Wesley Basso. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saul Goodman to strike the kick off in the second half. After 88 played minutes Villa Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by Florian Wydrych. Angelo Demesio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Feng Chao Wei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of CSD Pte Derqui booed when Villa Verde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Sustrai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feng Chao Wei made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Mao Yuan Hong sent off a good shot on target. After 97 minutes, Horia Săliştean mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSD Pte Derqui and the Villa Verde FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iker Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Cearense in the 98th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
