In the 4th minute Edmund Sand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Dante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 minutes Estrela Solitária's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciprian Peptan who took care of the corner kick. The corner led ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s Carmelo Barto to fire away a dangerous shot which Benjamim Dante despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Sandrinho Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrela Solitária's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandrinho Hoffmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Meira came free, but Maxi Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Edmund Sand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ were awarded a corner. Ciprian Peptan went to the cornerflag to take it. Maxi Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandrinho Hoffmann in the 22nd minute of play. Benjamim Dante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alemdar Yavuzalp's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Sandrinho Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s Maxi Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandrinho Hoffmann in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Estrela Solitária's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Sand came free, but Benjamim Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmund Sand in the 33rd minute of play forced Estrela Solitária's goalkeeper Benjamim Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandrinho Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamim Dante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Sand, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the Estrela Solitária defense, Edmund Sand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamim Dante. The Estrela Solitária fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamim Dante should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute Edmund Sand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Dante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Estrela Solitária made a substitution. Gerd Müller replaced Sandrinho Hoffmann. Edmund Sand had several of the Estrela Solitária's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 52 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Benjamim Dante as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 59th match minute, ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Rijkaard to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerd Müller in the 64th minute of play forced ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s goalkeeper Maxi Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamim Dante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Barto in the 70th minute. After some careless play in the ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ defense, Gerd Müller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxi Braga. The ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxi Braga should have stopped the shot. Carmelo Barto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Benjamim Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
