Naldo Rossi hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Estrela Solitária's goal looked a bit too open when Neymar Da Silva came free, but Benjamim Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mendiko Angles was slow to take the kick. During this time Várdomb's players had a chance to rest. Várdomb's Mendiko Angles was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benjamim Dante in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Marciano Marino was a little too slow when Sandrinho Hoffmann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 3-1. 41 minutes into the match, Estrela Solitária's goal looked a bit too open when Neymar Da Silva came free, but Benjamim Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sandrinho Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Estrela Solitária's Gerd Müller was substituted for Sandrinho Hoffmann. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marciano Marino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerd Müller in the 96th minute of play. Estrela Solitária were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
