In the 48thth minute of the game Fan Xing Cheng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galatasaray SK's Latif Al Fakir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 49th minute Costa Pacífico FC were awarded a corner. Caio Winter went to the cornerflag to take it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristiano Hagi to strike the kick off in the second half. Eric Oltean might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Pedraza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
