Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristide Ciuvică in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bill Carmichael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute México Eterno MZC were awarded a corner. Valter Malekin went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of México Eterno MZC booed when Topsail was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabin Bălcescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

After 51 played minutes Topsail got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Boegaert.
