Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Léonard Beuve in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The player immediately received a yellow card. Avel Vat's Danny Pasquier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Avel Vat from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute, Vivaldo Carmona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danny Pasquier made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Vivaldo Carmona sent off a good shot on target. After 17 minutes of play, Real Cruzeiro FC's Vivaldo Carmona made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danny Pasquier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baltazar Zonta in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 28th minute, Real Cruzeiro FC's Baltazar Zonta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Rubinho de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoffrey Estienne, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Sébastien Milliot got a throw-in 35 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Léonard Beuve. Danny Pasquier was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Baltazar Zonta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Baltazar Zonta really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Nelson de Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Danny Pasquier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vivaldo Carmona to make the kick off. When Real Cruzeiro FC's Vivaldo Carmona in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Danny Pasquier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After a rather tough play, Real Cruzeiro FC's Baltazar Zonta got a free kick in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Vivaldo Carmona notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Avel Vat's Danny Pasquier. Danny Pasquier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vivaldo Carmona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Pasquier having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nelson de Lima in the 82nd minute of play forced Avel Vat's goalkeeper Danny Pasquier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geoffrey Estienne charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geoffrey Estienne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Geoffrey Estienne kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86thth minute of the game Vivaldo Carmona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avel Vat's Danny Pasquier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Léonard Beuve charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Léonard Beuve the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Real Cruzeiro FC booed when Avel Vat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Léonard Beuve didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danny Pasquier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Arruda in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Baltazar Zonta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danny Pasquier. Avel Vat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baltazar Zonta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Avel Vat players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Real Cruzeiro FC.
