Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peter Björkman was the one to do the kick off. Barreal FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. A collision led to FC Blueskatterna getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Alex Isaksson hit a great ball. Dário Tepedino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Isaksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, FC Blueskatterna's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Jaktorowo came free, but André Nordmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Barreal FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
