After 18 minutes of play, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Emanuel Panțâru made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pastor Firman was left in no man's land by his defense there! AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Emanuel Panțâru got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emanuel Panțâru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Pastor Firman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnold Ponk in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Eduardo Gomes saved AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ from getting behind. Edmílson Martins made a great header on Club Sportivo Quilmes's corner, it was just that AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Gomes managed to reach the ball for a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radomil Mietus was the one to do the kick off. Pastor Firman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Süleyman Çakır in the 53rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Emanuel Panțâru took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Pastor Firman to make any attempt to save it. After 60 played minutes AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Kauã de Carvalho. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Hélder Melo was substituted for Wen Xing. The supporters of Club Sportivo Quilmes booed when AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauã de Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62ndth minute of the game Sebastian Verón who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Gomes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Calum McKechnie lost his temper 64 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Valdo Pitta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Pastor Firman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Club Sportivo Quilmes's Pastor Firman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Club Sportivo Quilmes from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute Valdo Pitta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Miguel Breckenfeld sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pastor Firman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pastor Firman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdo Pitta in the 86th minute. Ludomir Witkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Pastor Firman made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Valdo Pitta sent off a good shot on target. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
