Bonifacio Santalla was slow to take the kick. During this time Napoleón 2018's players had a chance to rest. Saturnino Johans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Antonio Alzamendi came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Napoleón 2018 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Alzamendi couldn't finish the play. Urbano Faro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Abeitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Napoleón 2018's Urbano Faro got control of the ball when Saturnino Abeitia tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Saturnino Johans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rene Eduino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Johans in the 29th minute of play. Antonio Alzamendi hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Napoleón 2018's Urbano Faro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Napoleón 2018 from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Liberland's Vicente Xabier got a free kick in the 44th minute. Rene Eduino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Johans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

A nice corner shot did that Bonifacio Santalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rene Eduino quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 65 played minutes Napoleón 2018 got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Santalla. Napoleón 2018 made a substitution. Lisandro Lain replaced Esteve Argina. In the 67th minute, Bonifacio Santalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Liberland's zone, Di Bin Zhen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Eduino came out of the goal and Di Bin Zhen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Napoleón 2018's Urbano Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Rutenio in the 74th minute of play. Pastor Rutenio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Faro having to interfere. Liberland's Omar Eudoxio was substituted for German Playo. Saturnino Johans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Eduino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Rene Eduino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Johans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Liberland's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Johans came free, but Rene Eduino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Johans in the 86th minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Rene Eduino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Napoleón 2018's Saturnino Johans got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Liberland's Rene Eduino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Liberland from getting a goal against them. Napoleón 2018 succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Liberland had controlled the match.
