Miami Tropics Sun's Roberto Favila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Alves in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Agro Imortal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Quirino to maneuver through the defense. The referee ignored Miami Tropics Sun's protests and gave Nicasio Matxin a yellow card for diving instead. Agro Imortal's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
