Vânderson Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laerte de Castro in the 33rd minute of play. After taking down the ball on WAU team's corner Paulo Paiva fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vânderson Cardoso quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laerte de Castro in the 36th minute of play forced A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goalkeeper Vânderson Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Laerte de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WAU team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laerte de Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vânderson Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laerte de Castro in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arthur Barbosa was the one to do the kick off. A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arthur Barbosa in the 53rd minute. The corner led A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Isaltino Toledo to fire away a dangerous shot which Benjamim Nunes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandão Lopes in the 55th minute of play forced A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goalkeeper Vânderson Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Fernandão Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vânderson Cardoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goalkeeper Vânderson Cardoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. WAU team were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulo Paiva took the corner. Paulo Paiva made a great header on WAU team's corner, it was just that A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Vânderson Cardoso managed to reach the ball for a save. WAU team's Laerte de Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laerte de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Vânderson Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, WAU team's Benjamim Nunes got control of the ball when Arthur Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Laerte de Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goal looked a bit too open when Laerte de Castro came free, but Vânderson Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. WAU team were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of A.D.PADRE MIGUEL for a fine match.
