Lazar Milosavljević came out of the goal and Ward Doran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geoffrey Vasquez struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Lazar Milosavljević didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Hills. Lazar Milosavljević made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Ryan Bellamy sent off a good shot on target. Virgil Forbes kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Фк РАДНИК Колонија's Wally Casey broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 27 minutes into the match, Фк РАДНИК Колонија's goalkeeper Lazar Milosavljević had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ward Doran. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 51 minutes, Gabriel Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Фк РАДНИК Колонија and the Golden Hills players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Фк РАДНИК Колонија was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute of the match Golden Hills got a corner. Фк РАДНИК Колонија's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Santo Sparks ran over to the corner to take the kick. Egil Östlund came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Фк РАДНИК Колонија's Srećko Milosavljević. But to his dismay, Srećko Milosavljević quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geoffrey Vasquez in the 69th minute of play forced Фк РАДНИК Колонија's goalkeeper Lazar Milosavljević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egil Östlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Ryan Bellamy might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lazar Milosavljević. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ryan Bellamy ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Фк РАДНИК Колонија booed when Golden Hills was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgil Forbes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lazar Milosavljević made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ward Doran in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Srećko Milosavljević notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Golden Hills's Egil Östlund. Egil Östlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
