Zacarias Sengrat hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that İlmi Akıncıbey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Garay was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leopoldo Baraquiel made a kick off. Oscar Västberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Baraquiel in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İlmi Akıncıbey in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Garay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58thth minute of the game İlmi Akıncıbey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rosario Central's Julio Garay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute, İlmi Akıncıbey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toni Martinovic kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Arktis BoIS's Dick Söderqwist suffered a sore knee after 81 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 81 minutes, Toni Martinovic mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosario Central and the Arktis BoIS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arktis BoIS's Hans Dahlquist was substituted for Dick Söderqwist. After 83 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Toni Martinovic. A hard shot 85 in the game by İlmi Akıncıbey from a close distance when the talented Julio Garay managed to make a qualified save. Rosario Central's players were relieved. Oscar Västberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horácio Aparecido in the 88th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Jörn Kullgren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Garay. That made the score 1-3 in the 89 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when İlmi Akıncıbey got free with Julio Garay in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. İlmi Akıncıbey charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed İlmi Akıncıbey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Arktis BoIS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
