An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Mandrak in the 6th minute of play forced Hedemora's goalkeeper Peter Nilsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Rudolf Sjöberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 9 minutes into the game, João Carlos Penha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Peter Nilsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peter Nilsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Carlos Penha in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Emílio Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Nilsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 18th minute, Hedemora's Sigvard Hellsing ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jostein Sølvberg. Jostein Sølvberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Hedemora's Peter Nilsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Carlos Penha in the 20th minute of play. Rudolf Sjöberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jostein Sølvberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rudolf Sjöberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Nils-Åke Mårtensson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jostein Sølvberg having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Hedemora's Ludvig Gulliksson got a free kick in the 26th minute. With his leg Jostein Sølvberg managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Hedemora's Sigvard Hellsing fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Sigvard Hellsing sped through La Furia Football FCOMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jostein Sølvberg. Peter Nilsson came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by La Furia Football FCOMZ's João Carlos Penha. But to his dismay, João Carlos Penha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Peter Nilsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Carlos Penha went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Waldir Mandrak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Nilsson having to interfere. In the 45th minute, João Carlos Penha made a precise shot to the right of Peter Nilsson. Hedemora's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. The Hedemora players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Furia Football FCOMZ were winning 2-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Carlos Penha to strike the kick off in the second half. Peter Nilsson made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when João Carlos Penha sent off a good shot on target. 53 minutes into the match, Hedemora's goalkeeper Peter Nilsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Waldir Mandrak. After 55 played minutes Hedemora got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Wester. La Furia Football FCOMZ's Cafu Destro pulled a muscle in his back after 57 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 58 minutes into the game, Sigvard Hellsing was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hedemora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Furia Football FCOMZ the free kick. La Furia Football FCOMZ's Flavinho Albuquerque was substituted for Cafu Destro. In the 59th match minute, Hedemora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigvard Hellsing to maneuver through the defense. Peter Nilsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomé Ferreira in the 60th minute of play. Jostein Sølvberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Granqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Nilsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Carlos Penha went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. In the 68th minute, Waldir Mandrak made a precise shot to the right of Peter Nilsson. Hedemora's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-7. After a defensive mix-up in La Furia Football FCOMZ's zone, Nils-Åke Mårtensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jostein Sølvberg came out of the goal and Nils-Åke Mårtensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roger Arenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 played minutes Hedemora got a freekick which was hit by Arne Skarkman. In the 80th match minute, Hedemora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludvig Gulliksson to maneuver through the defense. Jostein Sølvberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigvard Hellsing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the game, Emílio Souza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. With a little luck, Hedemora's Peter Nilsson got control of the ball when João Carlos Penha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gösta Wester hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. La Furia Football FCOMZ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
