Jonathan Sammut started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute Taco Van Der Hoorn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, Templars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Taco Van Der Hoorn came free, but André Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Nikolay Dudevski hit a great ball. Vasco Goycochea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Sammut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nikolay Dudevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Muhittin Emek managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Benedict Cumberbatch in the 13 minute of the game. The supporters of ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ booed when Templars FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ziya Onur Muzaffer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Templars FC booed when ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muhittin Emek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Joaquin Phoenix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vasco Goycochea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. André Courtois made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikolay Dudevski in the 24th minute. Jonathan Sammut scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vasco Goycochea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Taco Van Der Hoorn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Templars FC's André Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taco Van Der Hoorn in the 33rd minute of play. Vasco Goycochea came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Templars FC's Joaquin Phoenix. But to his dismay, Joaquin Phoenix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 41st minute, Jonathan Sammut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Templars FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

61 minutes into the game, Jonathan Sammut recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vasco Goycochea. Jonathan Sammut showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Du Le Jun was substituted for Kauan Mandrak. If Ronaldo Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Templars FC made a substitution. Márk Kovács replaced Jonathan Sammut. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Enrique Domingues was substituted for Taco Van Der Hoorn. André Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Enrique Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Márk Kovács had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 83rd minute of the match, Márk Kovács tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vasco Goycochea saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 85th minute Enrique Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Enrique Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Templars FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Templars FC.
