A collision led to Ernestina FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Amador Maurino hit a great ball. With a little luck, Sundets Pärla FC's Dan Söderström got control of the ball when Nicasio Aballe tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Johnny Drewitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sundets Pärla FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ernestina FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sundets Pärla FC's Johnny Drewitz got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th match minute, Sundets Pärla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Ernestina FC's Dan Söderström threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abelardo Estevez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sverker Öfverman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Johnny Drewitz made a precise shot to the right of Haroldo Quinten. Ernestina FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 35 minutes into the game, Sundets Pärla FC's Erik Dalström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haroldo Quinten made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 38th minute Sverker Öfverman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Quinten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Malcolm Vikström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haroldo Quinten was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. If Erik Dalström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnny Drewitz took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haroldo Quinten. Haroldo Quinten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The Ernestina FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sundets Pärla FC were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abelardo Estevez was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sundets Pärla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Aballe came free, but Dan Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Telo charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Telo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Hans Hedlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sundets Pärla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans Hedlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Quinten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Malcolm Vikström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, Ernestina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Vikström came free, but Haroldo Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnny Drewitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johnny Drewitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Haroldo Quinten made a huge save. Ernestina FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Johnny Drewitz scored to the left of an out of position Haroldo Quinten, making the score, 0-6. Haroldo Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Vikström in the 77th minute of the match. After having played for 78 minutes, Sverker Öfverman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sundets Pärla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sverker Öfverman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Dalström got free with Haroldo Quinten in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Haroldo Quinten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sverker Öfverman, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ernestina FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Malcolm Vikström 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7. Johnny Drewitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dan Söderström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Aballe in the 95th minute of play. Sundets Pärla FC played a much better game than Ernestina FC and deserved their victory. The Ernestina FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
