After a defensive mix-up in FC SZAFIRY's zone, Arturo Espiridion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janusz Giejda came out of the goal and Arturo Espiridion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, FC SZAFIRY's Janusz Giejda got control of the ball when Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Janusz Giejda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flamengo. FC SZAFIRY's Janusz Giejda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save FC SZAFIRY from getting a goal against them. Janusz Giejda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Henrik Kilström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Janusz Giejda, 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Flamengo's Henrik Kilström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Janusz Giejda. That made the score 5-0 after 26 minutes of play. When Flamengo's Henrik Kilström in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrik Kilström in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Janusz Giejda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thanks to some nice moves Henrik Kilström could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Janusz Giejda however easily saved by the left post. In the 38th minute Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janusz Giejda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes FC SZAFIRY's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fredric Zander who took care of the corner kick. Flamengo's Fredric Zander was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Janusz Giejda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, FC SZAFIRY's Janusz Giejda got control of the ball when Henrik Kilström tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Espiridion got free with Janusz Giejda in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Arturo Espiridion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Espiridion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Janusz Giejda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute, Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Janusz Giejda, passed just outside the right post. When Arturo Espiridion came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Flamengo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Espiridion couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radowit Gdaniec to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the FC SZAFIRY defense, Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Janusz Giejda. The FC SZAFIRY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Janusz Giejda should have stopped the shot. Flamengo's Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Janusz Giejda came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo's Arturo Espiridion. But to his dismay, Arturo Espiridion quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Janusz Giejda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Flamengo booed when FC SZAFIRY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Bejgier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan scored 10-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Janusz Giejda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Kilström in the 79th minute of play forced FC SZAFIRY's goalkeeper Janusz Giejda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dariusz Sitko hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janusz Giejda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Arturo Espiridion left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flamengo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. Henrik Kilström took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Janusz Giejda. Janusz Giejda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-0. Janusz Giejda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrik Kilström went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 16-0 was the resulting score.
