Aureliano Domiku hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Pekin Tanacan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argentino de Buenos Aires's Feliciano Salvatore was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Beyhan Değirmencioğlu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Argentino de Buenos Aires's Aureliano Domiku got a free kick in the 28th minute. Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's Umur Serdinç was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 29th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 45 played minutes, Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's Mehmet Ferit Salik shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ulryk Bugajski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yorulan Defansa Gelsin reached it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Argentino de Buenos Aires's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pekin Tanacan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Yorulan Defansa Gelsin fully deserved thier win.
