In the 10th minute, Bernabe Nel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pousada 2 Pedros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Pousada 2 Pedros FC's Marco Pimenta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Pousada 2 Pedros FC from getting a goal against them. Xanda FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dinei Corrêa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dinei Corrêa made a great header on Pousada 2 Pedros FC's corner, it was just that Xanda FC's Ian Melo managed to reach the ball for a save. After 94 minutes, Diogo da Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xanda FC and the Pousada 2 Pedros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xanda FC's Ian Melo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Xanda FC from getting a goal against them. Pousada 2 Pedros FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
