In the 9thth minute of the game Antonio Michael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's Mané Barreto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of E. C. Flamengo Paraibano booed when Sledgehammer KO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Michael didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the E. C. Flamengo Paraibano defense, Antonio Michael kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mané Barreto. The E. C. Flamengo Paraibano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mané Barreto should have stopped the shot. After 24 minutes E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Askanios Kefalas who took care of the corner kick. In the 26th minute Sledgehammer KO were awarded a corner. Askanios Kefalas went to the cornerflag to take it. Sledgehammer KO's Leonard Åhman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mané Barreto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Sledgehammer KO fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Sledgehammer KO's Leonard Åhman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 29 minutes into the match, E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Åhman came free, but Mané Barreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benny Bur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Anundsson in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Åhman came free, but Mané Barreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mané Barreto was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Leonard Åhman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leonard Åhman really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Leonard Åhman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Mané Barreto made a huge save. In the 64th match minute, Sledgehammer KO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Moberg to maneuver through the defense. Mané Barreto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonard Åhman's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's Thomás Loureiro was substituted for Erberk Tunçkol. After 77 minutes of play, Sledgehammer KO's Leonard Åhman made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mané Barreto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sledgehammer KO's Daniel Gunnarsson was substituted for Askanios Kefalas. The supporters of E. C. Flamengo Paraibano booed when Sledgehammer KO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Fanström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardinho Vaz hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 89thth minute of the game Leonard Åhman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's Mané Barreto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Leonard Åhman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sledgehammer KO's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonard Åhman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mané Barreto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Leonard Åhman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sledgehammer KO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
