C. Flamengo Paraibano's Mané Barreto. Mané Barreto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. E. C. Luciano Mon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Mané Barreto made a huge save. Luciano Mon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Mané Barreto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 18 minutes, Higinio Urti made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's Mané Barreto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mané Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Urti, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Severo Rivero might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mané Barreto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severo Rivero ran back to his position shaking his head. Higinio Urti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Mané Barreto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 39 minutes into the match, E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's goal looked a bit too open when Adan Lorencio came free, but Mané Barreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Margarita's Adan Lorencio got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to E. C. Flamengo Paraibano getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jorginho Lago hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Severo Rivero took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Mané Barreto to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erberk Tunçkol to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Urti in the 68th minute of play forced E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's goalkeeper Mané Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's Mané Barreto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Rivero in the 69th minute of play. Danilo Aires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albin Anundsson in the 72nd minute. Mané Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Mon in the 78th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ezequiel da Mata during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. E. C. Flamengo Paraibano made a substitution. Thomás Loureiro replaced Erberk Tunçkol. Ezequiel da Mata hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. E. C. Flamengo Paraibano's Mané Barreto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Rivero in the 82nd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Evelio Medardo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mané Barreto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Higinio Urti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mané Barreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Aires stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albin Anundsson's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. E. C. Flamengo Paraibano were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Margarita's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Albin Anundsson took the corner. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Margarita fully deserved thier win.
