The Romanian Gods™ fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Romanian Gods™'s Ionuț Cosoroabă looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zula Dziura's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Bernd Yuschni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Hannover Reds booed when Romanian Gods™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionuț Cosoroabă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isac Murgan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willi Tilmann in the 45th minute of play. Willi Tilmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Murgan having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Zula Dziura was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.
