With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ubaldo Matildo Fillol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Zhi Qi in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by A. Korn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fábio Rochemback was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Gaticidas's players had a chance to rest. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Lu Zhi Qi put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ubaldo Matildo Fillol. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lu Zhi Qi's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Claudio Umbruso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Diaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Gaticidas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cornel Vulpe was slow to take the kick. During this time A. Korn's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Zbigniew Fedosz to score against Claudio Umbruso in Los Gaticidas's goal. 1-2 after 33 minutes. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Lu Zhi Qi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Gaticidas's supporters rose to their feet, but Lu Zhi Qi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37thth minute of the game Lu Zhi Qi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A. Korn's Ubaldo Matildo Fillol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A. Korn's Ubaldo Matildo Fillol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Zhi Qi in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Lu Zhi Qi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Gaticidas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fábio Rochemback in the 44th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lu Zhi Qi made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Lu Zhi Qi put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ubaldo Matildo Fillol. Haythem Boumnijel's late challenge caught a Los Gaticidas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haythem Boumnijel helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes A. Korn got a freekick which was hit by Haythem Boumnijel. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Zhi Qi in the 56th minute of play. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Lu Zhi Qi sent off a good shot on target. After 68 minutes A. Korn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fábio Rochemback who took care of the corner kick. A. Korn's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cornel Vulpe in the 73rd minute. The corner ended in Cornel Vulpe almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Gaticidas's Claudio Umbruso did a great save. In the 75th minute Ramon Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Umbruso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, A. Korn's Ubaldo Matildo Fillol got control of the ball when Uriel Silbestre tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ramon Diaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Umbruso was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. A. Korn were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Los Gaticidas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cornel Vulpe took the corner. A. The A. Korn supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Los Gaticidas's performance. The match ended with a win for Los Gaticidas.
