The referee ignored FC ANC's protests and gave Artemio Quiroga a yellow card for diving instead. CDU Católica made a substitution. Toni Painevilu replaced Rafael Espínola. The supporters of CDU Católica booed when FC ANC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Quiroga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Tudor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tauro Fontecilla in the 7th minute of the match.
