After a rather tough play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Octav Buta got a free kick in the 20th minute. If 肖青强 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the match, FC Cosula-BTF-'s goal looked a bit too open when 肖青强 came free, but Ilie Brumaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ilie Brumaru came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s 肖青强. But to his dismay, 肖青强 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s 宋辉星 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciprian Gaiță in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th match minute, 【粤】Leeds United.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 叶川兴 to maneuver through the defense. 宋辉星 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petre Bogătan in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Nuri Çırakoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 李镇庭's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ilie Brumaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 【粤】Leeds United.F.C. were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after FC Cosula-BTF-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rafael Cruz took the corner. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Cosula-BTF-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rafael Cruz was slow to take the kick. During this time 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s Rafael Cruz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ilie Brumaru in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergiu Lăzărescu in the 45th minute of play forced 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s goalkeeper 宋辉星 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Lăzărescu came free, but 宋辉星 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Cosula-BTF- were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Octav Buta took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Octav Buta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 宋辉星 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petre Bogătan during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Alin Bucur fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Cosula-BTF-'s protests and gave Alin Bucur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Alin Bucur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute of the match Rafael Cruz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ilie Brumaru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 66th minute of the game, Nuri Çırakoğlu landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Octav Buta during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The throw-in from Petre Bogătan in the 73rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s 李镇庭. 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s 宋辉星 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Bădescu in the 80th minute of play. Petre Bogătan kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. If Vintilă Bădescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilie Brumaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 李镇庭 in the 87th minute of the match. Adriano Contratas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ilie Brumaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 【粤】Leeds United.F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
