An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Barbosa in the 14th minute of play forced Lomas de Zamora FC's goalkeeper Narciso Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lun Luna got free with Narciso Napier in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enzo Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Răzvan Ghioane in the 16th minute of the match. Narciso Napier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lun Luna in the 17th minute. Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Gergori in the 19th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeremias Oliverios during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lomas de Zamora FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jeremias Oliverios hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goal looked a bit too open when Răzvan Ghioane came free, but Enzo Shantala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The nice shot from Lun Luna in the 29thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Narciso Napier had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Lun Luna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Narciso Napier made a huge save. Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Ghioane in the 34th minute of play. Hernan Azibar kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Lun Luna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Narciso Napier made a huge save. Howling Dawn U18's Lun Luna got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enzo Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Gergori in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Howling Dawn U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guaberto Gilesindo to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Shantala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anibal Gergori's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Lomas de Zamora FC booed when Howling Dawn U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mercurio Mercurio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enzo Shantala made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Răzvan Ghioane sent off a good shot on target. After 75 played minutes Lomas de Zamora FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Bero. Howling Dawn U18's Mars Marte was substituted for Tobias Sol. Narciso Napier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Jerrald in the 79th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Baldomiro Jerrald put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Narciso Napier. After some careless play in the Lomas de Zamora FC defense, Baldomiro Jerrald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Napier. The Lomas de Zamora FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Napier should have stopped the shot. Lomas de Zamora FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Howling Dawn U18 had won, even though Lomas de Zamora FC had held more of the ball.
