In the 18th minute Konstantinos Psiloglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes Jesucristo es la Solución got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Pietro. After 20 played minutes Amfithea Hotspur got a freekick which was hit by Charilaos Dimitrakis. After 23 minutes of play, Amfithea Hotspur's Konstantinos Psiloglou made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicasio Alonso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicasio Alonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marinos Valassakos in the 26th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Christos Triantis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 40 minutes in the game Miltos Macheras did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Markos Miroforidis. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jesucristo es la Solución's goalkeeper Nicasio Alonso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Konstantinos Psiloglou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicasio Alonso was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. In the 47th minute, Konstantinos Psiloglou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amfithea Hotspur fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. After the first half Amfithea Hotspur were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abel Seguinus to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Amfithea Hotspur's Nicasio Alonso threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Panos Kavouroglou, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Jesucristo es la Solución's Nicasio Alonso got control of the ball when Konstantinos Psiloglou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marinos Valassakos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Nicasio Alonso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nicasio Alonso made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Marinos Valassakos sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Christos Triantis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicasio Alonso. That made the score 0-11 in the 94 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Amfithea Hotspur left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jesucristo es la Solución.
