The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ziemowit Soroka to strike the kick off in the second half. Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Samir Handanovič proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Tarsus İdman Yurdu from getting a goal against them. The Tarsus İdman Yurdu fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Ciprian Bârlea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
