Nicanor Ascencio was out of position in the 2 minute of play, and Ludger Krug capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ludger Krug really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Richard Mühsam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Lluc in the 9th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, El Pulpo Paceño's Celino Abeijon got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 21st minute, Ludger Krug left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Germania München fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Aristides Lluc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. El Pulpo Paceño's Nicanor Ascencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save El Pulpo Paceño from getting a goal against them. Karsten Zentner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Nicanor Ascencio made a huge save. In the 28th minute Kasper Rechkemmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Ascencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Karsten Zentner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicanor Ascencio was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Tomasz Presch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute of the match, Kasper Rechkemmer got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nicanor Ascencio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Richard Mühsam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Lluc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Ludger Krug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Ascencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicanor Ascencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludger Krug in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, El Pulpo Paceño's Ysmael Abad got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute FC Germania München were awarded a corner. Raitis Porītis went to the cornerflag to take it. After 49 minutes El Pulpo Paceño's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raitis Porītis who took care of the corner kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kasper Rechkemmer made a kick off. El Pulpo Paceño's Nicanor Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Rechkemmer in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, FC Germania München's Richard Mühsam got control of the ball when Aristides Lluc tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, El Pulpo Paceño's goal looked a bit too open when Ludger Krug came free, but Nicanor Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Kasper Rechkemmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Ascencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Lluc in the 69th minute of play forced FC Germania München's goalkeeper Richard Mühsam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, El Pulpo Paceño's goal looked a bit too open when Karsten Zentner came free, but Nicanor Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berriotxoa Abadie kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. FC Germania München's Kasper Rechkemmer got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Karsten Zentner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicanor Ascencio was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Germania München fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! In the 79th minute, El Pulpo Paceño's Kamil Glik dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. FC Germania München's Gunther Andromidas was substituted for Codrin Peter. FC Germania München's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Raitis Porītis in the 85th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of El Pulpo Paceño's goalie and right to Ludger Krug. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. El Pulpo Paceño's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Karsten Zentner scored 6-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicanor Ascencio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aristides Lluc struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Richard Mühsam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Pulpo Paceño. Berriotxoa Abadie charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berriotxoa Abadie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Germania München had played much better football throughout.
