The audience was convinced that Eustacio Hotz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomero Zafrilla was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bob Laukenmann to make the kick off. Erwin Wehlmann made in the 94th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jonah Bednar immediately put the ball in play. The SV Barmbek von 1939 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
