The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Carp got free with Petr Čech in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Petr Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Di Fiore in the 38th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's goal looked a bit too open when Antonello Di Fiore came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
