Feridun Özerkmen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Feridun Özerkmen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Gol in the 5th minute of the match. Thiago Gol took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feridun Özerkmen. Feridun Özerkmen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Furkan Aktan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Thiago Gol took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feridun Özerkmen. Feridun Özerkmen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind KARŞIYAKA's goalkeeper Feridun Özerkmen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thiago Gol took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feridun Özerkmen. Feridun Özerkmen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 25 minutes into the game, Thiago Gol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Feridun Özerkmen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago Gol in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feridun Özerkmen saved KARŞIYAKA from getting behind. Thiago Gol took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feridun Özerkmen. Feridun Özerkmen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 34 minutes into the game, Thiago Gol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Feridun Özerkmen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Gol in the 36th minute of play forced KARŞIYAKA's goalkeeper Feridun Özerkmen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Thiago Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feridun Özerkmen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feridun Özerkmen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thiago Gol went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. In the 43rd minute, Thiago Gol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SCs StarS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thiago Gol to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Mehmet Efe Akabe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, SCs StarS's Thiago Gol dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. Florian Hekmans short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Feridun Özerkmen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 63rdth minute of the game Thiago Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KARŞIYAKA's Feridun Özerkmen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. KARŞIYAKA's Feridun Özerkmen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Gol in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of SCs StarS booed when KARŞIYAKA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eşref Tülün didn't get a good kick on the ball. KARŞIYAKA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Thiago Gol scored to the left of an out of position Feridun Özerkmen, making the score, 0-11. With an all-out effort, SCs StarS's Feridun Özerkmen threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Thiago Gol, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 75 minutes into the match, KARŞIYAKA's goalkeeper Feridun Özerkmen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jordy Dirks. After 76 minutes of play, SCs StarS's Thiago Gol made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feridun Özerkmen was left in no man's land by his defense there! KARŞIYAKA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Thiago Gol scored to the left of an out of position Feridun Özerkmen, making the score, 0-13. 82 minutes into the match, Thiago Gol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feridun Özerkmen. KARŞIYAKA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thiago Gol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. SCs StarS made a substitution. Kelvin Dekkers replaced Luka Ramos. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 0-15 when Thiago Gol sped through KARŞIYAKA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Feridun Özerkmen. Feridun Özerkmen came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by SCs StarS's Thiago Gol. But to his dismay, Thiago Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-16. In the 92nd minute, Jordy Dirks left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SCs StarS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-17. 95 minutes into the match, Thiago Gol notched a goal, 0-18, to the right of KARŞIYAKA's Feridun Özerkmen. Feridun Özerkmen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
