When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Alfredo Ireno sped through Los Colegas del Barrio's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paulo Victor. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicasio Gotzon made a kick off. Paulo Victor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimmie Käcker in the 53rd minute. Paulo Victor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicasio Gotzon in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Commander Crowe had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
