When Ximun De la Rosa fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Colegas del Barrio's protests and gave Ximun De la Rosa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Los Colegas del Barrio getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ximun De la Rosa hit a great ball. With a little luck, Los Colegas del Barrio's Paulo Victor got control of the ball when Pastor Baraquiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. It was beautiful to see Los Colegas del Barrio's Cosme De Silva in action when he in the 27th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 30th minute, Cosme De Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albi Solo in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kuno Heiberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Los Colegas del Barrio's Paulo Victor got control of the ball when Pastor Baraquiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pendotiba's Kuno Heiberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garry Mason in the 39th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Garry Mason to make the kick off. Cristian Hoffmann kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 59th minute Albi Solo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuno Heiberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pendotiba's Cristian Hoffmann got his second yellow card of the match in the 64th minute. The referee ordered Cristian Hoffmann off the ground. After 64 played minutes Pendotiba got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Hoffmann. Los Colegas del Barrio's Antonio Canal was substituted for Eutropio Harroyo. Kuno Heiberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Canal, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to Pendotiba getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Allan Arruda hit a great ball. Josepe Mangas kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Los Colegas del Barrio were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Pendotiba to leave the ground with a draw.
