Turgay Hafi started the match with the kick off. If Turgay Hafi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Turgay Hafi in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timmy Standaerts saved OMONOIA from getting behind. Turgay Hafi might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timmy Standaerts. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turgay Hafi ran back to his position shaking his head. Timmy Standaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgay Hafi in the 12th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Bancruz F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Vergas came free, but Ciro Nerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Nerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Vergas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute Honorio Vergas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Nerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clodoveo Matro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciro Nerio made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Matias Araújo sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the OMONOIA defense, Turgay Hafi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timmy Standaerts. The OMONOIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timmy Standaerts should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgay Hafi in the 36th minute of play forced OMONOIA's goalkeeper Timmy Standaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, OMONOIA's Ciro Nerio threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 邵城沙, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A sloppy throw-in by Carlos Borghi in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by OMONOIA's Giorgos Papastathopoulos.

Carlos Borghi kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Ciro Nerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Araújo in the 62nd minute of play forced Bancruz F.C's goalkeeper Ciro Nerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute 邵城沙 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Nerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciro Nerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Bancruz F.C's Nunez Tano got a free kick in the 85th minute. Bancruz F.C's Andro Konsap was substituted for Carlos Borghi. Bancruz F.C's Çelikan Koçaş was substituted for Turgay Hafi. A collision led to Bancruz F.C getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Nunez Tano hit a great ball. Faustino Marz kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for OMONOIA!
