In the 7th minute Berkant Sudi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joselito Gimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 16th minute, Joselito Gimenez made a precise shot to the right of Juan Velloso. Oranil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sérgio das Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Oranil's zone, Joselito Gimenez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Velloso came out of the goal and Joselito Gimenez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joselito Gimenez in the 30th minute of play forced Oranil's goalkeeper Juan Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes Oranil got a freekick which was hit by Kléber Saldanha. Doğan Sabeddin might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juan Velloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doğan Sabeddin ran back to his position shaking his head. 42 minutes into the match, Joselito Gimenez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Velloso. Oranil's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joselito Gimenez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kléber Saldanha to make the kick off. Joselito Gimenez scored 0-6 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Velloso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Juan Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doğan Sabeddin in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oranil's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vladimir Hristoskov was slow to take the kick. During this time THE LEGEND COME BACK's players had a chance to rest. The corner led THE LEGEND COME BACK's Doğan Sabeddin to a score. 0-7 in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Oranil's Edmílson Catarinense got a free kick in the 57th minute. Noel Buhagiar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juan Velloso came out and tried to block the shot, but Noel Buhagiar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 59th minute. THE LEGEND COME BACK's Joselito Gimenez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After having played for 66 minutes, Noel Buhagiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE LEGEND COME BACK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Noel Buhagiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. THE LEGEND COME BACK's Joselito Gimenez got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Oranil defense, Noel Buhagiar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Velloso. The Oranil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Velloso should have stopped the shot. Juan Velloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noel Buhagiar's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Noel Buhagiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, THE LEGEND COME BACK's Noel Buhagiar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-12. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doğan Sabeddin in the 87th minute of play forced Oranil's goalkeeper Juan Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oranil's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Joselito Gimenez scored to the left of an out of position Juan Velloso, making the score, 0-13. After having played for 94 minutes, Zülfü Kabakçı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE LEGEND COME BACK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zülfü Kabakçı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joselito Gimenez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Velloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The Oranil fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. THE LEGEND COME BACK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
