Encanto's Nico Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wout Weghorst in the 4th minute of play. Wout Weghorst blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nico Tasso having to make a save. Nico Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wout Weghorst in the 5th minute of play. Nico Tasso came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Wout Weghorst. But to his dismay, Wout Weghorst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 11th minute, Wout Weghorst left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1903 Barranspor ☪ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 13th minute, Wout Weghorst got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Encanto defense, Wout Weghorst kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nico Tasso. The Encanto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nico Tasso should have stopped the shot. 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Edu Gonçalves managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Erasmo Hames in the 27 minute of the game. Wout Weghorst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nico Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Wensing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nico Tasso having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wout Weghorst couldn't finish the play. Wout Weghorst might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nico Tasso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wout Weghorst ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wout Weghorst in the 45th minute of play forced Encanto's goalkeeper Nico Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nico Tasso didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 45th minute, which inside left pole to 6-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 56th minute Wout Weghorst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
