FC Zhelezna's Gilberto Garaile got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 4th minute, Radko Tetikov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Christoforos Zografos took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Milyo Gelovski to make any attempt to save it. Gilberto Garaile scored 1-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christos Agathoulis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Milan Kalendzhiev kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, FC Zhelezna's goalkeeper Milyo Gelovski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoforos Zografos. Christos Agathoulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Garaile in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Garaile in the 21st minute of play forced Trifillia.FC's goalkeeper Christos Agathoulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Gilberto Garaile left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Zhelezna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Milyo Gelovski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christoforos Zografos in the 28th minute. Vaggelis Kalpis hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Gilberto Garaile had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christos Agathoulis. Trifillia.FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Garaile was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 34 minutes into the match, FC Zhelezna's goalkeeper Milyo Gelovski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoforos Zografos. Christos Agathoulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Garaile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niko Kranjčar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Gilberto Garaile had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christos Agathoulis. Trifillia.FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Garaile was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. 44 minutes into the game, Trifillia.FC's Christoforos Zografos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Milyo Gelovski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. In the 47th minute, Gilberto Garaile left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Zhelezna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
52 minutes into the game, Gilberto Garaile recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christos Agathoulis. Gilberto Garaile showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. FC Zhelezna's Milyo Gelovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoforos Zografos in the 55th minute of play. Milyo Gelovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jassem Al Khars in the 56th minute of play. Milyo Gelovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jassem Al Khars, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. FC Zhelezna's Milyo Gelovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Kakavetsis in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, FC Zhelezna's goal looked a bit too open when Christoforos Zografos came free, but Milyo Gelovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Trifillia.FC's zone, Gilberto Garaile stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christos Agathoulis came out of the goal and Gilberto Garaile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, FC Zhelezna's goal looked a bit too open when Jassem Al Khars came free, but Milyo Gelovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When FC Zhelezna's Gilberto Garaile in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trifillia.FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jassem Al Khars received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Milyo Gelovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Garaile could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Christos Agathoulis made a huge save. Gilberto Garaile received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christos Agathoulis came out and tried to block the shot, but Gilberto Garaile slotted it home off the left post making it 2-7 in the 86th minute. Gilberto Garaile sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Garaile got free with Christos Agathoulis in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The FC Zhelezna supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Zhelezna would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
