Zlatko Stumbov's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ariel Ponc firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ariel Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sava Dodov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sava Dodov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Ponc having to interfere. Ariel Ponc made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Zlatko Stumbov sent off a good shot on target. Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Villa Mitre City from getting a goal against them. Zlatko Stumbov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Ponc having to interfere. Feliciano Fernendo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Villa Mitre City booed when Knights Templar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Acho Gergishanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urbano Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Villa Mitre City from getting a goal against them. Knights Templar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Acho Gergishanov in the 32nd minute. When Feliciano Fernendo came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Villa Mitre City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliciano Fernendo couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Knights Templar's Ariel Ponc threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sava Dodov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Villa Mitre City getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Saturnino Lehior hit a great ball. Ariel Ponc didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Knights Templar's Zlatko Stumbov shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Villa Mitre City's Mauricio Macías was substituted for Arsenio Maria. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliciano Fernendo was the one to do the kick off. Villa Mitre City's attentive Generoso Laurgain managed to snatch the ball when Hristiyan Tzukev made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. Hristiyan Tzukev's late challenge caught a Villa Mitre City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hristiyan Tzukev helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Knights Templar's Hristiyan Tzukev got a free kick in the 54th minute. Knights Templar's Bozhin Palakarchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Fernendo in the 56th minute of play. Ariel Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zlatko Stumbov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Villa Mitre City's Generoso Laurgain managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hristiyan Tzukev in the 63 minute of the game. After 65 minutes of play, Villa Mitre City's Mauricio Macías made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bozhin Palakarchev was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ariel Ponc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sava Dodov in the 70th minute of play. Feliciano Fernendo struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Bozhin Palakarchev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Mitre City. Bozhin Palakarchev came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Mitre City's Mauricio Macías. But to his dismay, Mauricio Macías quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Sava Dodov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bozhin Palakarchev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Macías, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Mauricio Macías kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bozhin Palakarchev. That made the score 1-3 in the 85 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sava Dodov in the 89th minute of play forced Villa Mitre City's goalkeeper Ariel Ponc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bozhin Palakarchev came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Mitre City's Mauricio Macías. But to his dismay, Mauricio Macías quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When the match was over Villa Mitre City could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Knights Templar throughout the match.
