Rakkestad IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adalberto Ecija was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Romain Declerck made in the 10th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Gondor FC™'s Thomas Rogne. Christophe Pourre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Ecija, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Adalberto Ecija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Pourre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fabiano Ornelas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muamer Fahrić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Ornelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Fabiano Ornelas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Muamer Fahrić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christophe Pourre came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Gondor FC™'s Mino Suarez. But to his dismay, Mino Suarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Rakkestad IF's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Ecija came free, but Christophe Pourre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Čane Devlić made in the 32nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nerkez Arriagada immediately put the ball in play. Rakkestad IF's Christophe Pourre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mino Suarez in the 34th minute of play. Adalberto Ecija took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christophe Pourre. Christophe Pourre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adalberto Ecija was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Čane Devlić in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rakkestad IF's Kai Sørdal. If Fabiano Ornelas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muamer Fahrić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Dobrowski in the 59th minute of the match. With a little luck, Rakkestad IF's Christophe Pourre got control of the ball when Mino Suarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrzej Dobrowski in the 64th minute of play forced Gondor FC™'s goalkeeper Muamer Fahrić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Muamer Fahrić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Ornelas in the 67th minute of the match. Blaz Imširević could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Christophe Pourre made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mino Suarez in the 79th minute of play forced Rakkestad IF's goalkeeper Christophe Pourre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gondor FC™ made a substitution. Algitas Jokubaitis replaced Adalberto Ecija. Rakkestad IF made a substitution. Joachim Hylland replaced Fabiano Ornelas. In the 85th minute, Kai Sørdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mino Suarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Rakkestad IF getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Robert Pirès hit a great ball. After 89 minutes of play, Gondor FC™'s Algitas Jokubaitis made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christophe Pourre was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 93 minutes, Algitas Jokubaitis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gondor FC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Algitas Jokubaitis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gondor FC™'s Muamer Fahrić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrzej Dobrowski in the 94th minute of play. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Algitas Jokubaitis sped through Rakkestad IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Christophe Pourre. Gondor FC™'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
