When Orlando Loreto fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Vieja Guarida FC's protests and gave Orlando Loreto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to La Vieja Guarida FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Orlando Loreto hit a great ball. Apolo Erroman made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Kosmas Bolos sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stathis Leontiou got free with Apolo Erroman in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dimosthenis Mallios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Lizar in the 18th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Faustino Lizar made a precise shot to the right of Dimosthenis Mallios. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Faustino Lizar put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Dimosthenis Mallios. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alekos Gaitanopoulos in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Apolo Erroman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. La Vieja Guarida FC's Apolo Erroman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alekos Gaitanopoulos in the 37th minute of play. Apolo Erroman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sotiris Tevekelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Orlando Loreto sped through ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dimosthenis Mallios. After the first half La Vieja Guarida FC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Faustino Lizars short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Dimosthenis Mallios to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 56 minutes into the match, Faustino Lizar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimosthenis Mallios. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faustino Lizar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. 62 minutes into the match, Raul Quinteros notched a goal, 1-7, to the right of ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Dimosthenis Mallios. La Vieja Guarida FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
