BRAL VAL's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Guido D'Angelo came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Orlando Chepe could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Emmanuel in the 12th minute of play forced BRAL VAL's goalkeeper Angelo Bonanni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Chepe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido D'Angelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Chepe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Piotr Nalaskowski in the 19th minute. If Mario Emmanuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Bonanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Reyes in the 26th minute of play. Hydra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Emmanuel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Stefano Ascani made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Ladio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Bonanni was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Leopoldo Ladio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Angelo Bonanni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Angelo Bonanni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Reyes, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
