Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Charro Revuelta started the match with the kick off. Danilo Urbasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pang Chuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 played minutes Spartak de Txurdi got a freekick which was hit by John Holmberg. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pang Chuan in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danilo Urbasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Acheral's Danilo Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Melker in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Charro Revuelta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spartak de Txurdi's supporters rose to their feet, but Charro Revuelta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Urbasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Acheral's Vivien Beaurepaire got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Leocadio Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spartak de Txurdi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leocadio Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Doğan Ferikoğlu hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 28 minutes of play, Acheral's Toro Cavenaghi made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eulalio Majua was left in no man's land by his defense there! Spartak de Txurdi's Eulalio Majua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toro Cavenaghi in the 32nd minute of play. Acheral's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rufio Abalos in the 33rd minute. Spartak de Txurdi's Eulalio Majua proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Spartak de Txurdi from getting a goal against them. 45 minutes into the game, Pang Chuan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Danilo Urbasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danilo Urbasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, Acheral's goal looked a bit too open when Charro Revuelta came free, but Danilo Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Majua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toro Cavenaghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Toro Cavenaghi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eulalio Majua. Spartak de Txurdi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toro Cavenaghi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Acheral's Danilo Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pang Chuan in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Vivien Beaurepaire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Spartak de Txurdi's Regis Jaen was substituted for Nickolas Horemans. The supporters of Spartak de Txurdi booed when Acheral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vivien Beaurepaire didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Ian Rush hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danilo Urbasa was a little too slow when Pang Chuan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 2-3. If Pang Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Spartak de Txurdi eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
