Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dynamo Blitz's Luciano Lauaxeta started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Luciano Lauaxeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurgen Goris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute of the match, Grégoire Caamaño got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tjeerd Zwaanswijk was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Wesselbend's Benard Ngamta. But to his dismay, Benard Ngamta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Dynamo Blitz's Tjeerd Zwaanswijk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Dynamo Blitz from getting a goal against them. Jurgen Goris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Bertin, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Dynamo Blitz's goalkeeper Tjeerd Zwaanswijk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Everardo Huguet. 26 minutes into the game, Dynamo Blitz's Luciano Lauaxeta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jurgen Goris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jurgen Goris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Akkerman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dynamo Blitz were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Wesselbend's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iorgu Bulă took the corner. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Everardo Huguet sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the match, Everardo Huguet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tjeerd Zwaanswijk, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marinus Westerink in the 37th minute of play forced Wesselbend's goalkeeper Jurgen Goris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurgen Goris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marinus Westerink in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Marinus Westerink notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Wesselbend's Jurgen Goris. Jurgen Goris was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the match, Wesselbend's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Akkerman came free, but Jurgen Goris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Dynamo Blitz's Alexander Cramer got a free kick in the 47th minute. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Everardo Huguet was the one to do the kick off. When Dan Van Hemel came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Wesselbend fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Van Hemel couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute of the match Jonáš Baroš sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tjeerd Zwaanswijk skillfully saved the ball. Jurgen Goris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Lauaxeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wesselbend's Jurgen Goris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Lauaxeta in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Wesselbend was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Huguet to maneuver through the defense. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Van Hemel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Van Hemel might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tjeerd Zwaanswijk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dan Van Hemel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute Dan Van Hemel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tjeerd Zwaanswijk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexander Cramer kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dynamo Blitz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonáš Baroš was slow to take the kick. During this time Wesselbend's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jonáš Baroš almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dynamo Blitz's Tjeerd Zwaanswijk did a great save. Wesselbend's Jurgen Goris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Wesselbend from getting a goal against them. Wesselbend's Dan Van Hemel got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jurgen Goris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Akkerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Jonáš Baroš fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tjeerd Zwaanswijk having to interfere. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Huguet in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, one of Dynamo Blitz:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benard Ngamta in the 84th minute of play forced Dynamo Blitz's goalkeeper Tjeerd Zwaanswijk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Lauaxeta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Jurgen Goris when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marinus Westerink got free with Jurgen Goris in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Van Hemel, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Wesselbend's Dan Van Hemel managed to work through Dynamo Blitz's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Dan Van Hemel dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a little luck, Wesselbend's Jurgen Goris got control of the ball when Marinus Westerink tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jurgen Goris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Bertin in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Wesselbend's Everardo Huguet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Dynamo Blitz's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
