When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Bon Čáp put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Danilo Heli. After some careless play in the Trinidad 4.7 defense, Bon Čáp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danilo Heli. The Trinidad 4.7 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danilo Heli should have stopped the shot. Danilo Heli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bon Čáp in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Bon Čáp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thommy Jadis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Derksen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bon Čáp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, MINEIROS's Bon Čáp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danilo Heli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Olof Derksen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thommy Jadis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After the first half MINEIROS were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Trinidad 4.7's Danilo Heli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Trinidad 4.7 from getting a goal against them. Olof Derksen scored 2-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thommy Jadis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Miguel Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Danilo Heli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Paredes hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Celestino Basualdo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Thommy Jadis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Txaran in the 70th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Omar Txaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thommy Jadis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MINEIROS made a substitution. Humberto Severo replaced Clóvis Rezende. MINEIROS made a substitution. Mário Maradona replaced Bon Čáp. 82 minutes in the game Anier Unai did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Leonides Jenaro. A collision led to Trinidad 4.7 getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Anier Unai hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Mário Maradona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danilo Heli. Trinidad 4.7's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mário Maradona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. After a defensive mix-up in Trinidad 4.7's zone, Miguel Paredes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Heli came out of the goal and Miguel Paredes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Danilo Heli was a little too slow when Mário Maradona got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 2-5. MINEIROS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
