Lokomotiv Bornova's Atacan Acartürk quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 尹峰南, made in the 23rd minute of the game. Sezai Yura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 傅森岩 in the 28th minute of play. When 傅森岩 fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 泾县Red-Star FC's protests and gave 傅森岩 a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lokomotiv Bornova booed when 泾县Red-Star FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. 傅森岩 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Boudewijn Decoster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezai Yura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Germanas Judeikis made a precise shot to the right of 李斐昂. 泾县Red-Star FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.

The wind increased when Germanas Judeikis made the kick off in the second half. The shot was a little too simple and Sezai Yura could save by the left post. Germanas Judeikis might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 李斐昂. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Germanas Judeikis ran back to his position shaking his head. 李斐昂 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germanas Judeikis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germanas Judeikis in the 80th minute of play forced 泾县Red-Star FC's goalkeeper 李斐昂 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Lokomotiv Bornova's Germanas Judeikis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 李斐昂 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Many of 泾县Red-Star FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. 泾县Red-Star FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Lokomotiv Bornova were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
