The referee gave Valette Stars a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. Zheng Yan Cheng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40thth minute of the game Guillaume Chaine who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Giovana F C's Gian Weidt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gian Weidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillaume Chaine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillaume Chaine in the 43rd minute of play forced Giovana F C's goalkeeper Gian Weidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Giovana F C getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Cullen Jobson hit a great ball. After 45 played minutes Giovana F C got a freekick which was hit by Jorginho Zanette. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guillaume Chaine to strike the kick off in the second half. Theo Chassot hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 65th match minute, Valette Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Guillaume Chaine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gian Weidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Giovana F C booed when Valette Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nelson Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Giovana F C's goalkeeper Gian Weidt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gian Weidt made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Rafail Rusev sent off a good shot on target. Nelson Nogueira hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, Theo Chassot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valette Stars's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Giovana F C the free kick. Theo Chassot hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Valette Stars walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
