The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Ajax Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Midgley came free, but Dragos Enicov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to T H F C getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. John-Paul Lumbergs hit a great ball. Ruslan Plesca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luke Bush. T H F C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Antonio Cacciatore notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of T H F C's Luke Bush. Luke Bush was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dragos Enicov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franz Midgley in the 16th minute. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ajax Academy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Gillow was slow to take the kick. During this time T H F C's players had a chance to rest. Luke Bush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Cacciatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Ajax Academy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ruslan Plesca in the 21st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franz Midgley got free with Dragos Enicov in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute, Donny Beckwith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luke Bush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Yan Bin in the 40th minute of the match. Luke Bush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Yan Bin in the 40th minute of play. Luke Bush stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Cacciatore's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gong Yan Bin in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luke Bush prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ajax Academy's Dragos Enicov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franz Midgley in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Ajax Academy were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonio Cacciatore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, T H F C's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Cacciatore came free, but Luke Bush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute Jeffrey Inman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragos Enicov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute of the match T H F C got a corner. Ajax Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Gillow ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Gillow got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dragos Enicov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. T H F C's Luke Bush proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save T H F C from getting a goal against them. Dragos Enicov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donny Beckwith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute of the match, Antonio Cacciatore tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luke Bush saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 64th minute, Nicolae Carabulea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolae Carabulea kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Dragos Enicov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Midgley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd play minute Antonio Cacciatore came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Luke Bush. 0-3. T H F C made a substitution. Shawn Coulson replaced Matt Friend. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio Cacciatore in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luke Bush prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the last second Luke Bush throw himself and got hold of the ball when Antonio Cacciatore in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Dragos Enicov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orson Billington in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute T H F C were awarded a corner. Daniel Gillow went to the cornerflag to take it. Daniel Gillow kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Shakespeare in the 92nd minute of play forced Ajax Academy's goalkeeper Dragos Enicov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Zheng Xu Chao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Gillow struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Dragos Enicov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for T H F C. Ajax Academy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
