But to his dismay, Teddy Tholsted quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teddy Tholsted in the 42nd minute of play forced Menang Kalah Tawuran's goalkeeper Bela Negara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Cachorro charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Cachorro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Santiago Cachorro hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Teddy Tholsted's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bela Negara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Xuaco Oñaederra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bela Negara having to interfere. But to his dismay, Teddy Tholsted quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's 倪国庭 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Isnan Wanggai in the 68 minute of the game. Ferdinand Johnson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Leão in the 70th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's Teddy Tholsted sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bela Negara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 倪国庭 in the 76th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Menang Kalah Tawuran's goal looked a bit too open when Teddy Tholsted came free, but Bela Negara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Teddy Tholsted left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Bela Negara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teddy Tholsted's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Menang Kalah Tawuran's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ had won, even though Menang Kalah Tawuran had held more of the ball.
